More About Pastor Rick Ives

Pastor Rick Ives serves as the President of DA2LJ Inc. and also serves Fellowship in Springfield, Ohio, as the Senior Director of National and International Ministries. Pastor Ives brings a wealth of experience in both administrative and ministerial capacities to DA2LJ Inc. Over the years, Pastor Ives served as a missionary to Russia, Senior Pastor, and as the founder of Russians Reaching Russians, a national church-planting ministry in St. Petersburg, Russia. As President of DA2LJ Inc., Pastor Ives travels extensively both nationally and internationally presenting and implementing the ministry of First Steps in churches to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.

More About Pastor Ray Willis

Pastor Ray Willis presented the First Steps program to Austin area pastors in February 2008.  Pastor Willis serves DA2LJ Inc. as the Vice President of Operations after a 12-year career in higher education administration. In his tenure as an administrator, Pastor Willis helped propel two universities to record levels of enrollment and financial growth through aggressive marketing and recruitment campaigns. Ray has also served in numerous ministry capacities, both as a lay minister in various churches in the US and as an Associate Pastor in Los Angeles, California. Over the past 15 years, Ray has traveled to numerous countries developing and training national pastors in the areas of leadership development, ministry development, and global missions. As Vice President for DA2LJ Inc., Ray is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ministry and travels nationally and internationally implementing First Steps in churches.
